El poblamiento en la provincia de Granada durante los siglos VI y VII

This paper gives a list of the places of the province of Granada of which the names are known from ancient sources together with some further information, and also the names of places where archaeological remains have been found proving the existence of settlements during the centuries of late antiquity. Secondly, some description of the magnitude of the settlement together with its social, economic, religious and military characteristics is attempted, with some verification of the poverty of the results which have been achieved up to now in all these fields of research.
